Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with billion-dollar potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board of directors
- Forge partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Mentor future-focused talent through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Strategic consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, or similar)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
