Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% quantum fidelity for commercial applications
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise AI optimization
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and software engineers in prototyping breakthrough algorithms
- Architect quantum-resistant security systems for post-quantum encryption standards
- Publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum journals while mentoring PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research on quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
