Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech into core business operations
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption success and ROI measurement
- Represent company at global tech forums and innovation summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile implementation of futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration
- Published thought leadership in future-tech (papers, patents, keynotes)
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- MBA or MS in Technology Innovation preferred
