Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage innovation lab initiatives focused on 2026+ use cases
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across product portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in relevant field; PhD preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
