Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategy
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams across engineering and design disciplines
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technological vision to stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with global impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
