Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and societal shifts
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape studies for emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Manage innovation portfolio including incubation of moonshot projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-level and board stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTO Academy)
