Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy discussions
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven innovation track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech operations from prototype to global deployment
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio of successfully launched tech innovations with measurable impact
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
