- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, strategy consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing award-winning future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leader in innovation journals or major industry publications
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Engine)
