Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology strategy spanning AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for cutting-edge R&D initiatives
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-generation innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven market projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology adoption frameworks
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML systems, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or managing large-scale R&D budgets
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
