Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends with global impact potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- File 3+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Bioinformatics
- 5+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Expertise in converging tech: AI, blockchain, and synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Active security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
