Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures optimized for long-term context and reasoning capabilities.
- Conduct rigorous research on emergent behaviors in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate post-quantum cryptographic standards into AI safety protocols.
- Publish cutting-edge research findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates within the Advanced Technology Lab.
- Optimize model inference for edge devices and massive distributed clusters.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences.
- Strong understanding of neuromorphic computing and cognitive modeling principles.
