As a Future Tech Strategist, you will act as the bridge between our engineering teams and executive leadership, ensuring that our long-term trajectory is innovative, responsible, and sustainable. You will be responsible for scenario planning, competitive analysis, and defining the ethical frameworks that will govern our next-generation products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying and validating emerging trends with high commercial potential.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate complex technological concepts into strategic business objectives.
- Advise the C-Suite on long-term technology investments and potential market disruptions.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for emerging technologies, focusing on ethics and compliance.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype and test future technology concepts.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a strategic role within the technology sector (e.g., Strategy Consulting, Product Strategy, or Engineering Management).
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data and market signals into clear, actionable strategic plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with scenario planning and futures thinking methodologies.
- Relevant advanced degree (M.S., MBA, or PhD) is highly preferred.
