As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll identify disruptive trends, assess market readiness for breakthrough innovations, and develop actionable frameworks that position our company as an industry pioneer. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate future-vision into tangible initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological shifts (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments in emerging domains
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory and ethical implications of future tech
- Build cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic insights to investors and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience mapping technology adoption curves for disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership on 2020+ technology trends
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Tel Aviv)
