Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design predictive models for market evolution and competitive disruption
- Mentor junior analysts in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proficient in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ foresight projects with measurable impact
