- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration

- Oversee emerging tech pilots and scale successful innovations globally
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists and technical architects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with scenario planning experience
- Strong leadership background managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
