Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state business models and value propositions
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports with 5-year predictive horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technology applications
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and other future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven 2026+ scenario development
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, neurotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
