Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ product portfolios
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech integration, neural interfaces) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles
- Ensure ethical implementation of advanced technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
