As a key member of our C-suite innovation team, you'll collaborate with global R&D labs, venture partners, and government initiatives to pioneer solutions in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and sustainable AI. You'll have budget autonomy and executive visibility to fund moonshot projects that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with company vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, climate AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative R&D
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to the board and external stakeholders
- Monitor emerging tech trends and geopolitical shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment in high-impact domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment ($100M+ impact)
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with peer-reviewed research in future technologies
- Executive presence with experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on tech transformation
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaborative projects
