Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ market disruption potential
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members using data-driven frameworks
- Partner with government agencies on future-tech policy development
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI safety, climate-tech
- Experience securing $50M+ in future-tech venture capital
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of deployed technologies impacting 1M+ users
