Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year tech roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) into core products
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact of future tech on business scalability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with academic institutions to shape next-gen tech curricula
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, or Rust)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for nascent technologies
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar advanced credential
