You'll shape our 2026 technology portfolio while fostering a culture of disruptive innovation and ethical tech adoption.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and next-gen biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment and governance
- Present technology strategy to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-proofing technical solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 digital landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML initiatives at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or biotechnology convergence
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience building innovation labs with $10M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital circles
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
