As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll identify disruptive technologies, assess market readiness, and develop actionable plans that will shape our product portfolio and competitive landscape. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of future technologies while maintaining our market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and develop 2026 strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Create competitive intelligence reports and market positioning strategies
- Develop technology roadmaps with clear milestones and resource allocation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify strategic acquisition targets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and successful implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic risk mitigation
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI assessment
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight preferred
