Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with global engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech products from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams (50+ members)
- Fluency in technical foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proficiency with strategic planning tools (Miro, Tableau, Asana)
