Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Develop patent-pending solutions for sustainable tech infrastructure challenges
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders on emerging tech opportunities
- Mentor a team of 5+ technical specialists in rapid prototyping and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry conferences
- Track record of launching technologies achieving $10M+ ARR or equivalent impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
