Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that support enterprise-grade workloads and real-time data processing.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) to stay ahead of the 2026 competitive landscape.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and continuous monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
