Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning with executive goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum Readiness) relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Oversee the R&D pilot programs aimed at 2026 product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech into current architectures.
- Present 2026 vision and technical feasibility to global stakeholders and investors.
- Manage a budget for experimental tech acquisition and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Strategy, or AI Research.
- Proven track record of delivering long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Strong background in data science and predictive modeling.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech to non-technical executives.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred).
