Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap and vision for the organization by 2026.

- Evaluate and select strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation within the engineering and product teams.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Identify regulatory and ethical implications of upcoming tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and preparing organizations for disruptive change.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
