The Role:
As the 2026 Strategist, you will act as the primary architect of our long-term vision. You will collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineers to ensure our technology stack and business model remain agile and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business goals and industry trends.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex strategic visions to stakeholders, translating technical jargon into compelling business narratives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and technological advancements to maintain our competitive edge.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the CTO and engineering leads on resource prioritization for future projects.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies to assess viability for mass adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and influencing organizational strategy.
