Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive leadership.
- Prototype and validate forward-looking concepts in partnership with internal labs.
- Advocate for ethical standards in the deployment of futuristic technologies.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with Quantum Computing technologies or similar high-performance computing paradigms.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
