Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of tech investment landscapes and venture ecosystems
