Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity for enterprise applications
- Lead the integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to post-quantum threats
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum applications
- Document quantum system architectures and publish research findings
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Proven track record of implementing quantum algorithms with practical applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with quantum circuit optimization and compilation techniques
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
