Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business growth targets.
- Lead the research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to prioritize initiatives that define our future market position.
- Oversee the integration of futuristic UX/UI paradigms into our product suite.
- Manage a budget for R&D and innovation initiatives targeting the 2026 timeframe.
- Identify potential risks in long-term technology strategies and develop mitigation plans.
- Mentor engineering and product teams on strategic thinking and future-proofing architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of future tech trends, specifically within the AI and Data Science sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into executive strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L responsibility and drive revenue through innovation.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
