Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap and vision for the organization.
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to drive innovation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future business models.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align long-term goals with operational capabilities.
- Establish KPIs and milestones to measure progress toward the 2026 vision.
- Drive organizational change management to adapt to future state requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategic initiatives in a complex environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Web 3.0.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field preferred.
