Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies.
- Pilot and evaluate new technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to determine feasibility and strategic value.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level vision into actionable engineering and product strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future tech initiatives and innovation pipelines.
- Communicate complex strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within the technology sector.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate industry shifts with high accuracy.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, including cloud architecture, AI/ML, and data analytics.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
