Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key tech vendors, startups, and academic institutions driving innovation.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the allocation of R&D budget and talent toward high-impact, future-proof initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical visions to executive leadership and board members in a compelling, non-technical manner.
- Prototyping & Validation: Oversee pilot programs for new technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Consulting, with at least 3 years leading a team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends before they become mainstream.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of emerging tech stacks, AI/ML architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of driving change and leading diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
