Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the core infrastructure strategy for our upcoming major product release, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Pioneer New Technologies: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Edge Computing) into our existing ecosystem.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud architectures, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in security and performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect proprietary data in a decentralized environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge solutions in AI or high-frequency trading systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Future-Readiness: Demonstrated interest or experience in long-term strategic planning (e.g., 5-year roadmaps).
