Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable biotechnology
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Drive innovation sprints with global engineering teams to prototype futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum internet)
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- MBA or MS in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
