You'll drive our innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization while maintaining competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities for future tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging technology spaces
- Develop intellectual property strategies to protect breakthrough innovations
- Present future tech visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or clean energy
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent futurism training
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary technical teams (50+ members)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Presentation skills for C-level and investor audiences
