Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech initiatives into corporate vision and roadmaps
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Create comprehensive impact assessments for emerging technologies, including ethical and regulatory considerations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on innovation cycles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and market adoption trends
- Proven track record leading R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
