- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational goals

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Secure and manage innovation grants totaling $5M+ annually

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-defining technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience securing federal innovation grants or venture capital
