Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into a comprehensive, actionable technical strategy for the 2026 fiscal year.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient cloud-native architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI integration.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage leading up to 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and engineering teams.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the implementation of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to security standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or director-level capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully planning and executing long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Agile Experience: Demonstrated success in Agile and Scrum environments.
