Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for quantum-biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Drive R&D initiatives in AI-driven climate modeling and sustainable materials science
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimental prototyping
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Biotechnology, or AI Systems
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Expertise in sustainable technology frameworks and ESG metrics
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Ability to secure federal grants and venture capital funding
