Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and green tech
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of futurist researchers and engineers
- Drive patent development and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI across emerging technology verticals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation portfolio)
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Published author or speaker at premier tech conferences (e.g., Web Summit, CES)
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation leaders
