Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen AI models and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Develop scalable frameworks for decentralized autonomous systems (DAOs)
- Collaborate with government agencies on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Prototype and validate sustainable computing solutions for 2026+ infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption strategies
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Demonstrated success securing NSF/DARPA or equivalent international grants
- Experience leading international research consortia (15+ member teams)
