Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology assessment preferred
