Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Analyze emerging technologies for commercial viability and competitive positioning
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation portfolios
- Establish ethical frameworks for future technology deployment
- Drive patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Track record of launching innovative products to market
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
