- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and automation
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
