You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to design workforce resilience plans and shape the future of work through data-driven talent intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive talent acquisition strategies for 2026 workforce needs
- Lead technical recruitment for emerging domains (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Architect AI-powered recruitment systems and automation frameworks
- Develop workforce scenario planning models for economic and technological disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives for future-focused talent pools
- Analyze labor market trends to inform organizational talent strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical recruiting with 5+ years in strategic workforce planning
- Expertise in AI/ML recruitment tools and talent analytics platforms
- Proven track record of hiring for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) or Talent Intelligence
- Deep understanding of future-of-work trends (remote-first, skills-based hiring)
- Experience building recruitment automation pipelines
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Master's degree in HR Technology, Organizational Psychology, or related field
