Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks for enterprise integration
- Present foresight analyses and innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused methodologies and rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with technology impact assessment and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
