Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $500K+ annual R&D budgets
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Deliver executive briefings to C-suite stakeholders on emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in tech development lifecycles
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
